Print Machine Operators

Adecco is hiring Print Machine Operators for immediate openings in the Lee’s Summit area. These are full-time opportunities offering a four-day work week and weekly pay.
Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: $17.75 per hour
• 3rd Shift: $18.75 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts

Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
Responsibilities

• Inspect unprinted materials for quality.
• Load materials into printing press in-feed systems.
• Monitor print quality to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Pack or bag finished products at required production speeds.
• Assist with equipment setup, job changes, and mechanical changeovers.
• Clean printing equipment, ink units, plates, and work areas.
• Follow established food-safety, sanitation, quality, and production procedures.
• Provide break and lunch coverage for other operators as directed.
• Participate in shift meetings and complete other assigned production duties. 

 
Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, printing, or packaging experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment that may include noise.
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and detail.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work occasional overtime or adjusted schedules when business needs require.

Pay Details: $17.75 to $18.75 per hour
