Adecco is recruiting a dependable and detail-oriented Press Print Production Assistant to join a thriving manufacturing facility in El Dorado Hills, CA. About the Role:
As a vital member of the production team, you will assist press operators in preparing and maintaining all necessary components for print jobs, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality output. Your efforts will directly influence production efficiency and product excellence—perfect for individuals passionate about manufacturing, quality assurance, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support press operators by gathering, inspecting, and staging essential materials such as mounting plates, tooling, inks, and supplies.
- Ensure all materials are accounted for, correctly documented, and ready for use to prevent delays.
- Participate in routine maintenance, organize tooling, and assist with minor repairs to reduce downtime.
- Stage, scan, and track materials for inventory management and record-keeping.
- Inspect incoming materials and finished products to uphold quality standards.
- Read and interpret work instructions, safety protocols, and production documentation with precision.
- Safely operate pre-staging equipment, including cranes, mounting stations, and plate cutters.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and participate in regular cleanup activities.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support team efficiency, safety, and production goals.
Shift & Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on shift.
- Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in print production or manufacturing is preferred, with at least 1 year of related work experience.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs with assistance.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and production systems such as Radius, are advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as necessary.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
