Adecco is hiring an experienced Press Brake Set-Up II for a well-established manufacturing facility in Chaska, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled manufacturing professionals with experience setting up and operating press brake equipment, reading blueprints, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and adjust press brake machines and specialized tooling for production runs
Install, align, adjust, and change tooling as needed
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules
Operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal components to customer specifications
Verify dimensions, angles, and tolerances using precision measuring tools
Perform routine quality inspections and maintain compliance with quality standards
Troubleshoot machine issues, clear alarms, and make minor machine adjustments
Ensure materials and packaging meet quality requirements throughout production
Assist with training operators on machine operation, product inspection, and quality standards
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Support workflow planning and efficient job transitions
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications
Required
Previous press brake setup and operation experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers and height gauges
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred
Experience training or mentoring machine operators
Experience with production scheduling and workflow planning
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Frequent use of hands, tools, and manufacturing equipment
Occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and balancing
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Comfortable working around moving machinery and manufacturing equipment
Work Environment
Manufacturing facility environment
Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration
Occasional exposure to electrical equipment
Noise levels range from moderate to occasionally loud

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
