PR Coordinator

Looking for a consistent, temp to support the PR Department. The ideal candidate has an interest in Fashion PR & Influencer Programs and is comfortable navigating social media platforms. 
 
We would like someone to work full time . Ideally, the hours would be in the morning, Monday - Friday but we can be flexible based on candidate availability.  
 
SKILLS:

• Someone skilled in computer programs - Microsoft (outlook, excel, word) and G-Suite

• Someone who is a fast learner and can follow instructions

• Someone who is detailed oriented and comfortable working with product order platforms (salesforce)

• Someone organized and proactive who can work independently 

• Someone who is active across social media platforms and is comfortable navigating Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Extensive Product Ordering to support cross-functional programs that promote all brands - work done in SALES FORCE

  • Including product orders for Influencer Campaigns, LIVES, ShopMy campaigns, editor requests + gifting, event needs, VIP support and more 

• Assist PR Manager in the closet coordination including ordering seasonal samples and managing product flow in sample closet

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
