We are currently hiring a Powder Coat Paint Hanger to support our manufacturing and finishing operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys active work and being part of a team.
In this role, you will prepare metal parts for the powder coating process by properly hanging materials on the production line to ensure an efficient and high-quality finishing process.
What You'll Do

Hang metal parts and components onto the powder coating line for finishing

Ensure parts are positioned correctly for proper paint coverage

Remove finished parts from racks once coating is complete

Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work with the production team to maintain steady workflow and meet daily production goals
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 10–30 lbs regularly (team lifting required for heavier parts)

Ability to stand and remain active for up to 10-hour shifts

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Schedule
Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Fridays: Overtime may be available based on production needs
Pay
$19.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Qualifications

Manufacturing or production experience preferred

Experience with powder coating or paint line operations is a plus

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
