Poultry Machine Operations
Location: Wadesboro, NC
Pay: $20.00/hour

Position Overview

We are hiring Production Workers to support operations in a fast-paced industrial facility. This role involves processing raw poultry byproducts, operating equipment, and ensuring production runs safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on position in a heavy industrial environment with exposure to heat, noise, and strong odors.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery

• Load and unload raw materials into processing systems

• Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, lifting, and cleaning

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Assist with routine maintenance and equipment checks

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Schedule

• Day, Night, and Overnight shifts available

• Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods (12-hour shifts)

• Comfortable working in hot, humid, and odorous conditions

• Ability to work around heavy machinery and industrial equipment

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred

• Experience in industrial or outdoor environments is a plus

• Strong work ethic and reliability are a must

• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

• Forklift experience is a plus (not required)

Work Environment

• Industrial facility with exposure to:

  • Heat and humidity

  • Loud machinery

  • Strong odors related to poultry processing operations

• Proper PPE is provided and required at all times

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
