Wood Assembly Technician – 2nd Shift | 4-Day Workweek
Hildebran, NC | $18.00/hour | Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM
Looking for a hands-on job with three days off every week?
We're hiring Wood Assembly Technicians for a 2nd Shift manufacturing team producing high-quality furniture components. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in woodworking, furniture assembly, cabinetry, carpentry, or manufacturing who enjoys working with tools and building things with their hands.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $18.00 per hour
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM–2:00 AM
Schedule: Monday–Thursday
3-day weekend every week
What You'll Do
Assemble wood and plywood components according to production specifications.
Measure, fit, align, and secure components accurately.
Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly work.
Use tape measures and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and proper fit.
Read and follow work instructions and basic assembly specifications.
Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and workmanship.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work with the production team to meet daily quality and productivity goals.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience working with wood or similar materials is preferred. Relevant experience may include:
Woodworking
Plywood assembly
Furniture assembly
Cabinet making or cabinet assembly
Carpentry
Construction
Millwork
Manufacturing or production assembly
What Will Make You Successful
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
Able to accurately use a tape measure and other measuring devices.
Ability to measure, fit, and assemble components accurately.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and production specifications.
Dependable attendance and reliable work history.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
