Wood Assembly Technician – 2nd Shift | 4-Day Workweek

Looking for a hands-on job with three days off every week?

We're hiring Wood Assembly Technicians for a 2nd Shift manufacturing team producing high-quality furniture components. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in woodworking, furniture assembly, cabinetry, carpentry, or manufacturing who enjoys working with tools and building things with their hands.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $18.00 per hour

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM–2:00 AM

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday

• 3-day weekend every week

What You'll Do

• Assemble wood and plywood components according to production specifications.

• Measure, fit, align, and secure components accurately.

• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly work.

• Use tape measures and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and proper fit.

• Read and follow work instructions and basic assembly specifications.

• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and workmanship.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Work with the production team to meet daily quality and productivity goals.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with wood or similar materials is preferred. Relevant experience may include:

• Woodworking

• Plywood assembly

• Furniture assembly

• Cabinet making or cabinet assembly

• Carpentry

• Construction

• Millwork

• Manufacturing or production assembly

• Able to accurately use a tape measure and other measuring devices.
