PIT Operator

Adecco is hiring PIT Operators for immediate openings in Fletcher, NC. If you have warehouse experience and know how to operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), this is an opportunity to put those skills to work with a well established logistics operation.

Position Details

Pay: $19.65 - $20.90/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Location: Fletcher, NC
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Transportation: Public transportation available

What You'll Do

• Operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) to pick and move parts safely and efficiently
• Locate and pick parts according to customer orders
• Package and label parts for shipment
• Inspect parts for damage or quality issues
• Sort parts into designated areas based on labels and instructions
• Replenish supplies on PITs and pick carts
• Report inventory discrepancies and damaged products
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of warehouse or industrial experience
• Ability to safely lift and move 30 to 50 lbs.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
