Location: Yorktown Heights, NY

Duration: 3 month contract

Pay rate ranges: $24.66/hour

 

Job duties for this position include:

• Phlebotomists draw blood from pediatric through geriatric patient population.

• Phlebotomist process all lab specimens including verifying patient identifiers, barcoding, centrifuging, pouring off, accessioning, creating packing lists and packaging specimens to reference lab at correct temperatures

• Phlebotomists follow all Phlebotomy SOP and OSHA Safety/PPE guidelines

 

Must have qualifications/experience:

• 6 months phlebotomy experience

• Experience with drawing blood for all age groups

• Knowledge of EPIC

• Phlebotomy Certification

Pay Details: $24.66 per hour
