💵 Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

📍 Full-Time Opportunity

Schedule

🗓 Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

🗓 Occasional Saturday Rotation:

• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

• Schedule may occasionally shift to Tuesday-Saturday rotation

📚 Training Schedule:

• First Week: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring medications and supplies are packaged and shipped accurately to patients.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare medications and supplies for shipment while maintaining integrity and safety

• Package and ship orders according to pharmacy regulations and company procedures

• Review shipping manifests to verify delivery addresses and schedules

• Assist with inventory management and restocking pharmacy supplies

• Communicate shipping updates and patient information as directed

• Support the pharmacy team with order-related questions and issue resolution

• Reconcile shipping documents, invoices, and packing slips

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment

• Prepare the shipping area for the next business day

• Assist with pharmacy security and end-of-day procedures

• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 25 pounds

Qualifications Required:

✔ High School Diploma or GED

✔ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

✔ Ability to stand and work on your feet up to 95% of the shift

✔ Flexibility to work morning and afternoon schedules as needed

Preferred:

⭐ 1+ year of mail-order, specialty pharmacy, shipping, or fulfillment experience

⭐ Inventory management experience

⭐ Strong organizational and time-management skills

⭐ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

⭐ Continuous improvement mindset
