📍 Location: Cary, NC (Onsite)

💲 Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

➕ Flexible Saturday Overtime Available (Every other Saturday | 9:00 AM–1:00 PM)

What You'll Do

• Package medications, supplies, and patient materials for shipment following pharmacy regulations and company procedures.

• Prepare shipments to maintain medication integrity, sterility, and stability.

• Track deliveries electronically to ensure packages arrive on time.

• Review shipping manifests for accuracy, delivery addresses, and shipment schedules.

• Coordinate with pharmacy staff regarding patient information, start dates, and shipping updates.

• Reconcile shipping invoices and prepare weekly shipping reports.

• Maintain inventory and organize the shipping and packing areas.

• Assist with unloading inbound deliveries and staging outgoing shipments.

• Keep the warehouse, packing, and distribution areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready.

• Follow detailed checklists and quality procedures to ensure shipment accuracy.

What We're Looking For

✔ High School Diploma or GED required

✔ Shipping, receiving, warehouse, pharmacy, or inventory experience preferred (1+ year is a plus)

✔ Comfortable standing for extended periods

✔ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel experience helpful)

✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

✔ Strong time management and multitasking abilities

✔ Customer-focused with excellent communication skills

✔ Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Details

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Every Other Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (typically every 6–8 weeks)

• Saturday shifts are generally voluntary and provide additional earning opportunities.

• Flexibility is available to make up weekday hours on Saturdays when needed.
