Position Details

💰 Pay Rate: $58–$61/hour

📍 Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)

🕒 Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (as needed)

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (as needed)

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Review and verify prescription orders for accuracy

✅ Dispense medications safely and efficiently

✅ Oversee pharmacy automation systems and medication replenishment

✅ Support, mentor, and supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff

✅ Perform quality assurance checks throughout the fulfillment process

✅ Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations

✅ Investigate and document medication-related incidents as needed

✅ Assist with inventory management and return-to-stock activities

✅ Monitor medication storage, handling, and distribution procedures

✅ Collaborate with pharmacy and operations teams to maintain workflow excellence

What We're Looking For

✔️ Bachelor's, PharmD, or advanced Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution

✔️ Active, unrestricted Tennessee Pharmacist License (Required)

✔️ Previous pharmacist experience preferred

✔️ High-volume or automated pharmacy experience is a plus

✔️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✔️ Excellent communication and leadership abilities

✔️ Flexibility to work evening shifts and Saturdays as needed

Pay Details: $58.00 to $61.00 per hour
