Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring Float Pharmacists to support pharmacy locations in Washington and Oregon.

Position Highlights
· Pay: $74 to 76.09/hour
· Locations: Seattle, WA; Olympia, WA; Vancouver, WA; and Portland, OR
· Schedule: Monday–Sunday, with shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
· Position: Float Pharmacist
Responsibilities
· Review, interpret, verify, and dispense new and refill prescriptions accurately and safely.
· Prepare and perform final checks on medication orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Ensure medications and supplies are delivered promptly.
· Provide safe and effective medication therapy while following pharmacy policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
· Communicate and collaborate with healthcare providers, pharmacy staff, and patients.
· Monitor workflow and direct pharmacy technicians as needed.
· Float between assigned pharmacy locations to support daily operations and patient care.
· Maintain accurate patient records, medication documentation, patient charges, incident reports, and controlled substance records.
· Respond professionally to patient questions, complaints, and requests.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
· Follow HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and other applicable safety and confidentiality standards.
· Participate in quality assurance, compliance training, and process improvement activities.
· Support emergency situations and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Active Pharmacist license in the applicable state or ability to obtain one.
· Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy, or equivalent pharmacy degree.
· Immunization certification preferred.
· At least 1 year of pharmacist experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
· Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices, regulations, and medication safety.
· Experience with pharmacy data entry systems.
· Knowledge of intravenous solution programs is a plus.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
· Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow regulatory requirements.
· Flexibility to work across multiple pharmacy locations and provide weekend or holiday coverage when needed.
Pay Details: $74.00 to $76.09 per hour
