Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for Payroll Clerk positions in South Bend, IN. Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily payroll operations using ADP eTime, including reviewing timecards, resolving exceptions, and processing payroll adjustments.

  • Reconcile employee hours, production data, and incentive pay to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

  • Maintain payroll records, generate reports, and support payroll audits while tracking union dues and payroll-related documentation.

  • Partner with supervisors, employees, and HR to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with union agreements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience with ADP eTime or similar payroll/timekeeping systems.

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a union environment.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and spreadsheet management.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
