Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for an onsite opportunity in Weymouth, MA. If you have medical office experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping patients, we encourage you to apply today!

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet members, visitors, patients, and guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner

• Helps manage patient flow, access, and scheduling for technologists to optimize patient appointment availability. Helps determine urgency and priority of emergent add on exams

• Patient Scheduling

• Assist with referral process

• Verify insurance coverage and demographic information

• Process patient requests for copies of images/CDs in accordance with standards for release of patient information

• Manage patient flow

• Maintain waiting room

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Associate’s degree in MA or graduate of certification in MO administrative program preferred

• Previous medical office experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
