🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
💲$18-$19/hour DOE
Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Mount Kisco. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for patients. Previous healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Provide outstanding customer service
Schedule and manage patient appointments
Collect copays and outstanding balances
Check patients in and out efficiently
Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
Complete assigned administrative tasks
Perform general office duties and support daily operations
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
EPIC experience is preferred but not required

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
