Patient Care Coordinator | Lake Katrine (Onsite) Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for an onsite opportunity in Lake Katrine. This is a 3-month contract position with a growing healthcare organization.

Position Details

• Location: Lake Katrine, NY (100% Onsite)

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5, and rotation for Urgent care 11-8
  and Saturday 9-1

• Pay Rate: $24-$26.00/hour (based on experience)

• Type: 3-month contract

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service

• Complete patient check-in and check-out processes

• Verify demographics and insurance information

• Work queues

• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles

• Process walk-in patients and visitors

• Maintain and manage medical records, including scanning and filing

• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Medical office experience - minimum 1 year

• Previous EMR/EHR experience required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience with general office procedures

• Professional, compassionate, and clear communication style

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
