Parts Administrator
Office, Clerical & Administrative
Adecco is currently hiring a Parts Administrator for a growing service and operations team. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, administrative experience, and the ability to manage inventory, customer orders, and shipping coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate: $20-22/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday day shift
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming service phone calls
Document customer and call information in the company database
Maintain inventory records and perform inventory counts for parts and equipment
Receive, store, issue, and ship replacement parts used for beverage and processing equipment
Create quotes, sales orders, and invoices for customer part orders
Assist customers with payments and order processing
Coordinate with service, accounting, and other departments on projects and daily operations
Manage freight and shipping coordination with vendors and suppliers
Qualifications:
Strong written communication and professional email skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong data entry and database management skills
Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
