Part-Time Model Home Representative (Licensed Realtor)

Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 2-3 days per week (including some weekends as needed)
Location: Model Homes in Local Residential Communities

Our client is a well-established custom home builder seeking a personable and professional licensed Realtor to represent their brand within two premier residential communities. This part-time opportunity is ideal for an active real estate professional looking to supplement their income while maintaining flexibility for their existing business.

As the face of the builder, you'll work from beautifully designed model homes, welcoming prospective buyers, answering questions about available homes and communities, and creating a positive first impression for potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective homebuyers visiting model homes and community locations
• Provide information regarding floor plans, available homes, community amenities, and the homebuilding process
• Register and qualify visitors while maintaining accurate customer records and traffic logs
• Conduct model home tours and help create an exceptional customer experience
• Build rapport with prospective buyers and identify their housing needs and interests
• Coordinate with the builder's sales and management team regarding customer activity and follow-up opportunities
• Ensure model homes remain clean, professional, and presentation-ready at all times
• Represent the builder's brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Real Estate License required
• Previous experience in real estate, new home sales, residential sales, or customer-facing sales environments
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and excellent communication abilities
• Comfortable working independently and managing a model home environment
• Proficient with basic computer applications and customer data entry
• Reliable transportation to travel between local community locations as needed
• Availability to work 2-3 days per week, including weekends when required

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
