⚙️ Ready to put your machining skills to work? Join a small-town CNC shop where precision, teamwork, and quality matter! LaGasse Machine & Fabrication is looking for a motivated CNC Machinist to work with a team producing precision parts using Fusion 360 and a variety of mills and lathes.

🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Set up, operate, and program CNC mills and lathes.

• Work with team members and customers to produce precision parts.

• Interpret sketches and visualize finished components.

• Make quality adjustments and help improve production processes.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Share knowledge, learn new skills, and contribute to team success.

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2–3 years of related experience OR a 2-year Machine Tool Technology certificate.

• CNC mill/lathe setup, teardown, and programming experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.

• Willingness to learn and flexibility to work overtime as needed.

⏰ SCHEDULE & PAY

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday

• 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

• 40 hours per week

• 💰 Wages based on experience

• 📈 Six-month probationary period to demonstrate your skills and capabilities
