Parking Operations Supervisor
Greater Pittsburgh Area (Multiple Locations)

Salary:  $44,200-$50k
Schedule:  Two week rotating (day start 7am-8am/evening start 3pm/weekend-event dependent)

Join a growing parking operations team managing 45+ locations across Downtown, North Shore, Oakland, and East Liberty. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to build strong relationships while developing your leadership skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead the Day-to-Day:
Oversee operations across one or more parking locations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and customers have a smooth experience


• Manage & Support Your Team:
Supervise 3+ attendants—provide direction, jump in when needed, and keep your team set up for success


• Be the Go-To Connector:
Act as the main point of contact between building managers, tenants, and operations—building strong, lasting relationships


• Problem-Solve in Real Time:
Handle customer questions, resolve issues, and keep things moving without disruption


• Own the Details:
Manage monthly parking lease inquiries via email and stay on top of communications


• Keep Systems Running:
Monitor credit card readers and parking equipment (you’ll be trained to troubleshoot)


• Track Performance:
Handle basic revenue reporting using Excel


What We’re Looking For:
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable working with tenants, clients, and your team
• Customer-first mindset with a hands-on approach
• Basic Excel and computer skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and locations
• Reliable transportation

Pay Details: $44,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
