Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently looking to hire a Paraprofessional role for their client in Lincolnton ,NC

Job Type -Direct Hire

Location: Lincolnton ,NC
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 2:30/3:30 PM (after-school until ~6:30/7 PM)
Pay: $15–$20/hr

Overview

Support students—especially those with special needs—in a classroom setting. Assist with learning, behavior, and daily activities while helping create a safe and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom activities

• Support students one-on-one or in groups

• Monitor progress and behavior

• Help with daily care needs as required

• Support classroom organization and communication

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)

• Experience with children (special needs preferred)

• CPR & First Aid (current)

• Strong communication and compassion

• Ability to pass background check
