Paint Shift Supervisor

Lead the Team. Drive Quality. Keep Production Moving.

We’re looking for an experienced Paint Shift Supervisor to lead production associates in a fast-paced automotive paint manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, cost, delivery, and team performance throughout the assigned shift.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and lead paint production associates to meet daily production goals.

  • Monitor quality, paint scrap, paint consumption, OEE, and Right First Time (RFT) performance.

  • Identify quality concerns, support root cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

  • Maintain production processes according to established control plans and standards.

  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure policies and procedures are followed.

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Train and cross-train associates to build a high-performing production team.

  • Communicate production and quality concerns to paint area leadership.

  • Ensure customer expectations for quality and on-time delivery are met.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous automotive and paint manufacturing experience required.

  • At least 3 years of previous management or supervisory experience required.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage priorities and respond quickly in critical production situations.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
