Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Oven Operators to join a manufacturing team in Phoenix, AZ. This position supports the wood grain sublimation process by preparing aluminum products, operating production equipment, loading and unloading oven trolleys, and inspecting finished products for quality.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, comfortable with repetitive physical work, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Unwrap, clean, and inspect aluminum products for defects or imperfections.

• Load aluminum products onto conveyor belts for the bagging process.

• Place bagged products onto oven trolleys and ensure bags are properly sealed and wrinkle-free.

• Load and unload oven trolleys during the sublimation process.

• Remove protective bags from finished products and inspect items for quality.

• Stack completed products onto carts for packaging and shipment preparation.

• Follow production procedures and safety guidelines.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift, carry, bend, and move products as required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to production equipment and elevated temperatures.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and production facility.

• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

• Work around conveyor systems, oven equipment, and production materials.

• Must follow all workplace safety procedures.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
