What You'll Do:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, safety, and delivery goals
- Manage and develop Production Supervisors and operational leaders
- Monitor KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, efficiency, and cost
- Improve production flow, scheduling, throughput, and resource utilization
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams
- Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste, defects, downtime, and operating costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Assist with departmental budgets and capital improvement planning
- Lead cross-functional projects that improve productivity and profitability
- 3–5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience overseeing production operations in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience leading and developing supervisors and teams
- Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with ERP systems, production reporting, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
- Occasional travel may be required
