Onsite Corporate Paralegal - Dublin, CA

About the Role:

As a Corporate Paralegal specializing in Real Estate Law, you will assist the legal team with the preparation and management of lease agreements, amendments, and related documentation. Your expertise will support transactions for new and existing store, office, and warehouse facilities, with additional litigation support as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare lease documentation, exhibits, and memoranda for retail, office, and warehouse locations.

• Compile and oversee execution sets of lease documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Review and assess due diligence materials, including survey, title, CCRs, OEAs, REAs, and environmental reports, to identify potential legal issues.

• Confirm legal descriptions and review exclusive use clauses in leases to prevent conflicts with operations.

• Proofread legal documents prepared by attorneys to ensure precise and error-free filings.

• Prepare lease-related legal documents such as Estoppel Certificates, Subordination, Attornment, and Non-Disturbance Agreements.

• Maintain litigation files and assist with discovery requests and lien reviews under attorney supervision.

• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate lease updates and legal communications.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a paralegal, with a focus on transactional real estate support preferred.

• Paralegal Certificate required.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Excellent communication skills. Writing, proofreading, and report generation.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with real estate legal programs such as Site Seer or Site Tools is a plus.

• Notary Public certification preferred.

• Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay Details: $36.00 to $39.00 per hour
