Adecco is currently hiring an Office Assistant for a client located in the Indianapolis area. This is a Part time temp-to-hire opportunity with a welcoming, team-oriented environment and room for long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or location
Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
Perform accurate data entry of donor information
Use Microsoft Office Suite to create and format letters and documents
Generate and mail thank-you letters for donations
Maintain and update donor tracking systems (DonorPerfect software – training provided)
Conduct light research as needed
Assist with preparing materials for events and presentations
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent typing and computer skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (Outlook experience a plus)
Ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day
Dependable and team-oriented personality
Relevant administrative experience preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
