🩺 What You'll Do

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you'll empower patients to live safely and independently by:

✨ Evaluating patients in their home environment and developing individualized treatment plans

✨ Implementing therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills such as dressing, bathing, meal preparation, and mobility

✨ Educating patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment, safety strategies, and independence techniques

✨ Monitoring patient progress and modifying care plans to achieve optimal outcomes

✨ Collaborating with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers to ensure exceptional patient care

✨ Accurately documenting visits and treatment plans

✅ What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Active Occupational Therapist License

• Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience

• Current BLS and Hands-On CPR Certification

• Valid Driver's License

• Reliable, insured vehicle for local patient visits

Pay Details: $58.00 to $63.00 per hour
