| MRI Technologist Pay Range: $38.00–$48.00 per hour, based on experience Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM On-Call: None Position Overview We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team in a permanent, full-time position. The MRI Technologist will perform high-quality MRI examinations while providing safe, compassionate, and professional patient care. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and comfortable working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Perform MRI examinations according to established protocols and physician orders. Prepare and position patients appropriately for MRI procedures. Review patient histories and screening information to identify potential contraindications or safety concerns. Operate MRI equipment safely and effectively to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. Follow established MRI safety procedures and maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Provide clear explanations of procedures and address patient questions and concerns. Monitor patients throughout examinations and respond appropriately to their needs. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team. Maintain equipment and imaging areas in accordance with department standards. Follow applicable regulatory, safety, infection-control, and quality-assurance requirements. Assist with other imaging department responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Appropriate education and certification/licensure as required for MRI Technologists in the applicable state. Previous MRI experience preferred. Strong knowledge of MRI safety principles, protocols, and procedures. Excellent patient-care and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established policies and procedures. Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM No on-call requirement No weekend requirement indicated. Compensation $38.00–$48.00 per hour, based on experience Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, credentials, and organizational pay practices.
