This is a 3-month temp-to-hire opportunity based onsite in Salt Lake City, UT.

Pay Rate: $21.00–$25.00/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Standard Business Hours
Position Summary
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an Injection Molding Technician to support manufacturing operations for medical device components. This role will assist with operating injection molding equipment, inspecting molded parts, supporting production activities, and ensuring products meet established quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, machine operation, plastics processing, assembly, or a mechanically focused production environment. Candidates should be comfortable using hand tools, following work instructions, performing quality checks, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
Operate injection molding equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality components.
Monitor molding processes and identify potential issues impacting product quality or production output.
Inspect molded parts for defects, inconsistencies, and workmanship concerns.
Perform trimming, de-flashing, finishing, and other post-molding activities as needed.
Utilize hand and power tools including screwdrivers, pliers, drills, and other production equipment.
Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Support basic troubleshooting and escalate equipment or process concerns when needed.
Maintain accurate production documentation and quality records.
Perform routine workstation organization and maintain a clean manufacturing environment.
Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to meet production goals.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.
Ability to read and follow technical work instructions and safety procedures.
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of injection molding or plastics manufacturing experience.
Experience operating production machinery.
Experience with part inspection and quality processes.
Experience within medical device, regulated manufacturing, or ISO environments.
Basic troubleshooting or equipment maintenance experience.
Work Environment
Onsite manufacturing environment supporting medical device production.
Requires attention to detail, repetitive motions, and hands-on equipment operation.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Requires manual dexterity and comfort working with tools and production equipment.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
