Merchandising Planning Associate 3-MONTH CONTRACT

Adecco Staffing is assisting a well known sportswear company in sourcing for a Merchandising Planning Associate! Ideal candidates have strong excel skills and comfortable in office 5 days a week! This is a 3-month TEMP/CONTRACT role with a possibility of extension.

Hours: 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday-Friday

Pay: $30-35/hour DOE

What You’ll Do

• Support monthly assortment communications and forecasting, tracking inventory targets and pricing strategy for the assigned subcategory.

• Submit and double-check pricing for eCommerce.

• Execute inventory transfers between DTC segments in Excel.

• Create and track purchase orders to ensure adequate inventory levels, coordinating with the logistics team to support product launches.

• Support building tech sheets for new product launches.

• Compile data and images for seasonal strategies, buy reviews, and weekly sales recaps.

• Support communications and coordination with cross-functional partners, including planning, allocation, and merchandising.

• Work with IT on style set-up as needed.

How You’ll Be Successful

• Experience using Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) necessary.

• Strong Excel skills, with comfort managing data and inventory tracking.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail.

• Experience collaborating with others and demonstrating effective interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Prior retail buying, planning, or merchandising experience preferred.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
