Medical Receptionist

Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently recruiting Medical Receptionist in Long Beach, CA. This is an on-site opportunity. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:

 

Pay:       $22 to $24/hr
Type:     Five-month contract with opportunity for extension or full time offer
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

 

Primary Responsibilities:

·       Room patients and prepare them for examinations and procedures.

·       Obtain and document vital signs, chief complaints, medications, allergies, and health history.

·       Assist providers with clinical procedures, injections, EKGs, and phlebotomy as directed.

·       Coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments.

·       Manage telephone messages, patient communications, and care-related tasks.

·       Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

·       Prepare and clean exam rooms and ensure compliance with infection control standards.

·       Support providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications:

·       High School diploma or GED equivalent required

·       Healthcare experience, medical assistant experience preferred

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
