We're seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Medical Receptionist who thrives in a luxury, patient-focused environment. As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every patient feels welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout their journey.

💖 What You'll Do

✅ Welcome and assist patients with a concierge-level experience

✅ Manage patient check-in/check-out, digital intake forms, and photo uploads

✅ Answer multi-line phones, respond to online inquiries, and maintain professional email communication

✅ Coordinate consultations, follow-ups, post-operative visits, and provider schedules

✅ Assist out-of-town and international patients with travel-related resources

✅ Process payments, handle financing inquiries, and support financial transactions

✅ Maintain a professional front office environment while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate EHR documentation

🌟 What We're Looking For

✔️ 1-2+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in luxury hospitality

✔️ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Experience with EMR/EHR systems and office technology

✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

✔️ Professional, dependable, and patient-focused demeanor

✔️ Plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetics experience is a plus

Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
