Mechanical Dimensional Inspector

Adecco Staffing is hiring Mechanical Inspectors / Dimensional Inspectors for a leading manufacturing company in Newington, NH. We are seeking candidates with machine shop, CNC machining, dimensional inspection, quality inspection, or precision manufacturing experience.

This position focuses on inspecting machined parts and components using precision measuring equipment. CNC Machinists and CNC Machine Operators with inspection experience are encouraged to apply.

Position: Mechanical Inspector / Dimensional Inspector
Location: Newington, NH
Pay: $28.00 - $31.00/hour, based on experience

Available Shifts

1st Shift Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Weekend Shift Friday - Sunday 5:30 AM - 5:45 PM
20% Weekend Shift Differential

What You'll Do

• Perform mechanical and dimensional inspections on machined parts and components
• Read and interpret blueprints, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications
• Use precision measuring equipment including digital height gages, comparators, and Keyence Measurement Systems
• Apply basic GD&T knowledge during inspections
• Document inspection results and identify non-conforming parts
• Work with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and CNC machining teams to resolve quality concerns
• Operate CMM equipment when applicable

Qualifications

• Machine shop, CNC machining, mechanical inspection, or dimensional inspection experience\
• Experience inspecting machined parts in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Basic GD&T knowledge required
• Experience with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
• CMM experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour
