Monday - Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
(Mandatory overtime may be required)

Pay: $19.18 - $28.27 per hour based on experience
(Includes $1.30/hour shift differential)

What You'll Do

As an Intermediate Assembler, you will work as part of a team to assemble industrial equipment from start to finish while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.

• Follow work instructions and assembly procedures to meet quality standards.

• Conduct in-process quality checks and communicate results.

• Troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure product quality.

• Identify and report safety concerns.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles.

• Rotate through multiple assembly stations, including main line roles.

• Float to different production lines within the value stream after training.

• Identify common assembly bottlenecks involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical assembly concepts.

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

• Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.

• Experience using hydraulic, pneumatic, and torque tools preferred.

• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Commitment to workplace safety and attendance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift.

• Routinely lift up to 25 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.

• Ability to work in multiple positions throughout the shift, including bending, reaching, and lifting.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $19.18 to $28.27 per hour
