Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $20.00–$21.50 per hour
• Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts — 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on, with every other weekend off
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do As a Material Handler with Adecco, your role is crucial in maintaining the flow of production by efficiently transporting, staging, and preparing materials. Your key responsibilities include:

• Transporting, stocking, and staging raw materials and finished products to support manufacturing operations
• Operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and proficiently
• Collaborating with production and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Organizing, identifying, and labeling materials to maintain accurate inventory records
• Performing material handling and turning operations based on production needs
• Keeping the work area clean and safe by following all safety procedures
• Conducting daily equipment cleaning and routine maintenance, including work on automated systems

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or material handling preferred
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
• Ability to operate (or quickly learn) material-handling equipment, including forklifts and lifts
• Knowledge of paper stock materials and production processes is a plus
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a teamwork-oriented mindset
• Committed to safety, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform physical duties
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
