💵 $17.50/Hour

📅 Schedule

Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Monday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

⚠️ Mandatory overtime is required based on business needs.

What You'll Do

As a Pharmacy Support Associate, you'll work under the supervision of a pharmacist to ensure prescription orders are filled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Fill prescription vials with tablets and capsules accurately

✔ Retrieve and process bulk and unit-of-use medications

✔ Verify medication strength, size, and product information

✔ Replenish automated pharmacy dispensing equipment

✔ Use handheld barcode scanners and computer systems

✔ Count and calculate medication quantities with accuracy

✔ Package prescriptions and prepare shipments for delivery

✔ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

✔ Follow all HIPAA regulations and pharmacy procedures

✔ Meet daily production and quality goals in a fast-paced setting

✔ Identify and escalate issues appropriately

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✅ High School Diploma or GED

✅ Basic math, reading, and computer skills

✅ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)

✅ Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Positive attitude and dependable work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Pharmacy Technician experience

⭐ Warehouse or production experience

⭐ Pharmacy Tech education or certification (not required in New York State)

⭐ Knowledge of pharmacy operations and workflows

⭐ Experience working in fast-paced, quality-driven environments

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
