Responsibilities for Marketing Manager include but are not limited to:

·       Act as a subject matter expert on products and features, providing strategic input throughout the product development lifecycle.

·       Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy.

·       Analyze market size, revenue potential, customer adoption trends, profitability, and competitive positioning.

·       Develop data-driven recommendations and strategic insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

·       Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new products, features, and business initiatives.

·       Define target audiences, customer segments, value propositions, and positioning strategies.

·       Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

·       Develop messaging frameworks that clearly communicate product benefits and differentiation.

·       Own product narratives, brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies.

·       Translate complex product capabilities into customer-focused benefits and compelling marketing content.

·       Ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

·       Adapt messaging based on audience needs, market conditions, and business objectives.

·       Drive customer research initiatives to uncover user needs, behaviors, pain points, and market opportunities.

·       Partner with internal and external research teams to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.

·       Advocate for customer needs throughout product development and marketing processes.

·       Provide actionable recommendations to improve user experience and customer engagement.

·       Create and oversee high-impact marketing content, including product launches, sales enablement materials, case studies, campaigns, and thought leadership assets.

·       Establish content frameworks, standards, and best practices across marketing channels.

·       monitor KPIs to measure campaign success and business impact.

·       Analyze campaign performance and optimize programs to improve engagement, adoption, and ROI.

·       Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Sales, Research, and Marketing teams to align product and marketing strategies.

·       Facilitate strategic planning sessions and stakeholder meetings to prioritize marketing goals and initiatives.

·       Drive collaboration among regional and functional marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence

 

Candidates for Marketing Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.

·       5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Marketing Strategy, or a related field.

·       Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for technology products or services.

·       Strong analytical skills with experience using market research and performance data to drive business decisions.

·       Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

·       Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

·       Experience in technology, SaaS, consumer products, or digital platforms.

·       Knowledge of customer research methodologies and market intelligence tools.

·       Experience managing large-scale product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.

Pay Details: $107.59 per hour
