Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-precision electro-mechanical assembly tasks in accordance with detailed test procedures, schematics, and diagrams.

• Conduct rigorous testing to verify product quality and functionality, ensuring all specifications are met.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve malfunctions, determining effective solutions to maintain smooth production flow.

• Collaborate closely with team members to uphold safety standards and ensure efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in electro/mechanical assembly or as a technician; technical associate degree in a related field is also acceptable.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret schematics, diagrams, and written instructions accurately.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Automotive and HVAC technicians are highly encouraged to apply, as their transferable skills are highly valued.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
