⏰ 4:30 AM–3:00 PM
🙌 3-day weekends every week

We're looking for experienced leaders who know how to motivate a team, keep production moving, solve problems, and lead by example.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Leading and supporting a production team
✅ Coaching and training team members
✅ Keeping the team focused on safety, quality, and productivity
✅ Coordinating daily workflow and helping solve production challenges
✅ Communicating with supervisors and team members
✅ Creating a positive, productive work environment

What we're looking for:

✔️ Previous Team Lead, Production Lead, or manufacturing leadership experience
✔️ Strong communication and people skills
✔️ Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
✔️ Manufacturing experience preferred
✔️ Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
