Manufacturing Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot label printing equipment used in the manufacturing process.

• Read and interpret production schedules, work orders, and manufacturing instructions to complete label printing jobs accurately.

• Print, inspect, and apply labels to bottles, vials, boxes, and other packaging components according to approved specifications.

• Perform quality checks to verify label accuracy, materials, and packaging configurations before and during production runs.

• Complete GMP-required production documentation, including quantities produced, dates, times, and in-process records.

 

 

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, laboratory, biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated environments.

• Experience working under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or similar quality and compliance standards.

• Ability to accurately follow written procedures, work instructions, and production documentation in English.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify labeling, packaging, and documentation errors.

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, plus ability to learn or use ERP/manufacturing systems such as QAD or Oracle.

• Flexibility to work a 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM schedule and support after-hours and weekend overtime when required.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
