Manufacturing Operator (3rd shift)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to support the production of high-quality nickel titanium wire products used in precision applications. In this role, you will operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, complete production documentation, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up production equipment according to process and product specifications

• Load raw materials onto machines following work instructions and safety procedures

• Operate various manufacturing equipment to process wire products

• Monitor and maintain product dimensions and quality standards throughout production

• Ensure product traceability throughout all stages of the manufacturing process

• Identify and report non-conforming materials and follow quality procedures for containment

• Accurately inspect, measure, test, and document production results

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment

• Maintain appropriate levels of process chemicals and production supplies

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Follow all quality system requirements, including complaint-handling procedures

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety guidelines, and operating procedures

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to use measuring, gauging, and testing instruments accurately

• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience

• Technical degree (Associate's or Bachelor's degree) is a plus

Pay Details: $17.25 per hour
