We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to support the production of high-quality nickel titanium wire products used in precision applications. In this role, you will operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, complete production documentation, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Set up production equipment according to process and product specifications
Load raw materials onto machines following work instructions and safety procedures
Operate various manufacturing equipment to process wire products
Monitor and maintain product dimensions and quality standards throughout production
Ensure product traceability throughout all stages of the manufacturing process
Identify and report non-conforming materials and follow quality procedures for containment
Accurately inspect, measure, test, and document production results
Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment
Maintain appropriate levels of process chemicals and production supplies
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Follow all quality system requirements, including complaint-handling procedures
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety guidelines, and operating procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to use measuring, gauging, and testing instruments accurately
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience
Technical degree (Associate's or Bachelor's degree) is a plus

Pay Details: $17.25 per hour
