Manufacturing Finishing Associate

Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Finishing Associates to join our team at a leading client in Bennington, VT. In this role, you will be responsible for completing the final steps in the printing process. Your duties will include inspecting, trimming, assembling, and packaging printed products to meet high-quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, a creative touch, and strong hand-eye coordination. You will operate finishing equipment such as folders, laminators, and binders safely and efficiently, contributing to the production of premium finished goods.

Qualifications:

• Ability to accurately inspect and differentiate details in printed materials, with strong visual focus and attention to quality standards

• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

• Creative mindset with some artistic ability, beneficial for visual evaluation and layout alignment

• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to long-term employment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities

• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and stand for an entire shift while walking around the warehouse

• Must follow verbal and written instructions accurately

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
