Manufacturing Associate

Adecco is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associates to join our team immediately in Manchester, VT. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart or advance your career within the manufacturing industry, working with a leading client known for quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rod manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.

• Prepare, assemble, and finish rod components, ensuring precision and quality.

• Install parts such as reel seats, handles, and guides with attention to detail.

• Monitor products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Meet daily production goals while supporting additional manufacturing tasks as needed.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Experience with hand tools, craftsmanship, or manufacturing preferred.

• Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain keen attention to detail.

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity; capable of performing repetitive manual tasks.

• Ability to stand, move freely throughout the shift, and safely lift up to 30 lbs.

• A team-oriented attitude with flexibility to adapt and problem-solve efficiently.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.13 per hour
