Manufacturing Associate

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will support daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Key responsibilities include handling materials, performing basic quality checks, and assisting with packaging and shipment processes. Attention to safety procedures and maintaining accurate records are essential. A clean and organized work environment is expected, along with consistent collaboration to help meet production goals and keep operations running smoothly.

This position requires at least 6 months of manufacturing or production experience, along with the ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety procedures. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, basic math and reading skills, and reliable attendance. The role also requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment, handle physical tasks including lifting up to 30–50 lbs., and maintain flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
