What You'll Do:

• Accurately perform sizing, trimming, and shell cutting to ensure high-quality products.

• Conduct diligent inspections of materials to identify and address defects, maintaining strict quality standards.

• Safely operate manufacturing machinery in accordance with all safety and sanitation protocols.

• Use precise measurement tools such as Pi tapes and calipers to ensure accuracy.

• Handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds with proper safety techniques.

• Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.

• Maintain strong attention to detail and adapt to overtime shifts as needed to support production goals.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.

• At least 1 year's manufacturing experience preferred.

• Strong communication and reading skills.

• Proficiency with measurement tools like Pi tapes and calipers.

• Ability to operate standard manufacturing, office, and warehouse equipment.

• Familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel is a plus.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds comfortably.

• Willingness to work mandatory overtime when required.

Available Shifts:

• First Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, $19/hour

• Second Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, $22/hour

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
