Key Responsibilities:

• Operate on conveyor-style production lines to assemble and package KitchenAid products.

• Hand-assemble and install components using tools and equipment to meet production standards.

• Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth and efficient workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to work on moving/conveyor lines and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

• Willingness to undergo a skills assessment on Day 2 of employment to determine department placement.

• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Benefits & Perks:

• Weekly pay, with the first week paid at $20.00/hr and subsequent weeks at $20.00/hr to $21.50/hr depending on shift.

• Paid training and skills assessment to ensure you're prepared and confident.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.50 per hour
