Job Description:
The primary role of the Financial Admin is to apply payments to the customer's account(s) with a high degree of accuracy within the established metrics and manage customer requests within established service level agreements set by management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Post customer receipts that are in unapplied status, which arrive via store collections, lockbox, Credit Card, ACH/EFT, scanner, remote cash deposits and wires.
Set-up and operate manual machines within established standards, in regards to time to cut, shape, or form metal workpieces.
Reviews specifications to determine setup procedure, machining sequence, and dimensions of finished workpiece.
Performs necessary adjustments, attachments and assemblies according to setup instructions.
Assembles cutting tools in toolholders and positions toolholders in machine spindles as specified or inserts cutting tools in specified machine magazines.
Observes and listens to machine operation to detect malfunctions such as worn or damaged cutting tools.
Measures workpiece for conformance to specifications and notifies quality control of discrepancies.
Adjusts machine feed and speed and changes cutters to machine parts according to specifications when automatic programming is faulty or machine malfunctions.
Machines materials other than metal such as composites, plastic, and rubber.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal
Must possess basic math skills, understanding of geometry and basic algebra
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
