Maintenance Technician
Location: Union, SC
Pay: $24-$40/hour, based on experience
Night Shift Differential: +$1.00/hour
Adecco is recruiting experienced Maintenance Technicians for a manufacturing facility in Union, SC. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, working with automated manufacturing systems, and solving mechanical and electrical problems in a hands-on environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine necessary repairs or upgrades
Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on production equipment
Diagnose and repair robotic systems, hydraulic presses, PLCs, and electrical systems up to 480V
Work alongside Controls and Manufacturing Engineers to improve existing equipment
Assist with the development and installation of equipment and controls for new products
Support efforts to improve equipment reliability and overall performance
Work with KUKA, ABB, or similar industrial robotic systems
Perform CNC and welding-related maintenance when applicable
Schedule Options
Day Shift: 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:45 PM
Night Shift: 8-hour shifts between 6:45 PM and 7:00 AM
Night Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hour
2-3-2 schedule, providing every other weekend off
Opportunities for overtime for those who want it
Other schedule options may be available depending on experience, skill set, and department
Pay & Benefits
$24-$40/hour, depending on experience
Additional $1.00/hour for applicable night shifts

What We’re Looking For
Candidates should have strong hands-on industrial maintenance experience involving a combination of mechanical, electrical, automation, and troubleshooting work.
Experience/Education:
High school diploma or equivalent with 10-12 years of relevant experience, or
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with 1-3 years of relevant experience
Experience maintaining and troubleshooting one or more of the following:
PLC-controlled equipment
Industrial robotics
Hydraulic presses
Electrical systems up to 480V
Experience with KUKA, ABB, or comparable robotic systems
Welding and CNC maintenance experience is preferred, but not required
Pay Details: $24.00 to $40.00 per hour
