Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

·       Troubleshoot, repair, and support Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI systems including SLC, PLC, ControlLogix, and PanelView platforms

·       Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment

·       Maintain plant utility systems including, Chillers, Dryers, Air compressors, Cooling towers, HVAC systems, Pumping systems

·       Diagnose and repair mechanical systems including pumps, valves, cylinders, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment

·       Install, move, and commission production equipment and machinery

·       Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics

·       Document maintenance activities and work orders accurately

·       Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and PPI methodologies

·       Maintain compliance with FDA, cGMP, environmental, and safety requirements

·       Apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and support safe work practices across the facility

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 year of experience as Maintenance Technician

• High school diploma or GED.

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
